Shipping policy
Orders are shipped as soon as possible, preferably 1 to 3 business days, Monday till Friday. Orders received before 12, shipped the same day. After your order is
dispatched with DPD, you will receive the tracking information. We recommend
shipping orders to a home address, to achieve the fastest delivery. Free shipping
above total order of 45 EUR.

Future of Coffee B.V. is not responsible for delayed or lost packages. If a package
gets lost or delayed, please contact DPD first. If the package is lost, send a message to us and we will find a solution together.

Return policy
Not pleased with your order? Return your package within 14 days. We only take
returning coffee bags when the bag is sealed. Shipment costs are for customer's
own account.
