Shipping policy
We ship every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Place your order before 12:00 PM, and your coffee ships the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will ship on the next available shipping day.

All orders are shipped with DHL, you’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your package is on its way.

Free shipping on orders over €45,00.
Orders under €45,00: flat rate of €4,99.

Future of Coffee B.V. is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages.
If your package is delayed or missing, please contact DHL directly using your tracking number. Still need help? Reach out to us, we’ll sort it out together.

Return policy
Not pleased with your order? Return your package within 14 days. We only take
returning coffee bags when the bag is sealed. Shipment costs are for customer's
own account.
