Shipping policy 

Orders are shipped as soon as possible, preferably 1 to 3 business days, Monday till Friday. Orders received before 12, shipped the same day. After your order is dispatched with DPD, you will receive the tracking information. We recommend shipping orders to a home address, to achieve the fastest delivery. Free shipping above total order of 45 EUR.

Future of Coffee B.V. is not responsible for delayed or lost packages. If a package gets lost or delayed, please contact DPD first. If the package is lost, send a message
to us and we will find a solution together.

Return policy

Not pleased with your order? Return your package within 14 days. We only take returning coffee bags when the bag is sealed. Shipment costs are for customer's
own account.

How we source

We believe that coffee should be roasted with love, dedication and craftmanship. At FUCO, our task is to elevate the quality of beans. This is why we only source high quality coffee, selected and graded by our quality team to ensure premium quality. FUCO's direct sourcing method and strong relationships ensure that we can source high quality coffee consistently. 

How we roast

Roasting too dark and you will eliminate the positive characteristics of the beans. Roasting too light and you miss the opportunity to fulfill its potential. At FUCO we roast our coffee medium. Light enough to enjoy the rich flavors of the different origins, dark enough to give it that character and body. 

How we enjoy

All FUCO blends are suitable for any coffee making method. We believe that how you prepare and enjoy your coffee, should be up to you. Whether you are brewing on a filter coffee device, espresso, or automatic machine, enjoy our coffee in your own way!
